Location: the hotel was just off the centre square of holbox as well as all the main bars and cafes. The staff was lovely and responsive to requests

The room here is stylish and cozy, with friendly staff and a fantastic location near Punta Mosquito.

There were terrace and a kitchenette in the room, greatly enjoyed that. Incredible very central location right by the beach and all the main bars and cafes as well as the centre square of holbox. It also was to everything the island has to offer.

The location here is fantastic, situated right in the heart of everything, and I would definitely consider returning as it catered to all my needs.

I had a great time at this modern hotel. My room had nice city views and the bathroom was spacious with a shower, hairdryers, and fluffy bath sheets. 🌟

We had a really lovely time at the hotel and will be back. Incredible and unbeatable location, amazing to get to the beach or to eat out was a plus. It was also not far from the center square and two restaurants. Our room had a very comfy bed and a nice view. the staff was lovely, super, and everything was brand-new.

Brand-new hotel in a lovely area adjacent to the main square downtown. Super staff always on hand. - A lot of goodies for breakfast. - Great and fantastic location a 10-15 minute walk from Refugio Holbox Animal Hospital. - Great overall experience.

Wow, what a value for my money! The room at this hotel was very nice, like sleeping on a cloud. The location was perfect, right in the center square, making it easy to get to the beach and dine out. The staff were amazing, especially Mariana who made our stay feel like home.

The breakfast option could be improved, maybe by offering a wider variety of choices.

The hotel had very comfortable beds that made our stay pleasant. The rooftop common area was great, as it had a kitchenette with a fridge and a coffee maker. the hotel was located in a central area near restaurants and bars, and very close to the beach.

The wifi connection was poor, especially for those needing to work remotely. The housekeeping staff did not replace the used toilet paper or make the extra bed for the third person in the room.

The location of this hotel is one of the best aspects, as it is on the main square downtown and close to everything the city has to offer. It was very easy to walk to the beach and it's surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. the staff was very cute and helpful.

The room was nicely decorated, and the sheets were clean. the hotel was located in a central area, within walking distance of restaurants and bars. the hotel had a rooftop terrace with a kitchen that we could use.

The smell of humidity was overpowering, and the walls were old and dirty. the bed sheets had stains, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom.

The hotel is located in a great spot, close to the beach and the main square with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. the room was comfortable with nice amenities like body soap and shampoo provided.

The hotel suffers from noise issues, with bird sounds and partygoers keeping guests up at night.
